Can you create custom gifts with images taken on your phone? I am not sure but I hope you will help us find out.
I cannot afford a posh phone myself, but I know some lovely folks who can, so I have made a first attempt at coding our custom gifting services for smart phones. The idea: to enable folks to take pictures on the move and order gifts there and then. I for one like the idea that while on holiday one might be able to arrange for a gift to be sent to a loved one back home.
Anyhow, it’s a very simply coded service and may well prove too clumsy to be truly usable. But we do hope those among you with the right kind of telephone will give it a test run and see if it makes any kind of sense. My problem is that I have to rely on web-based phone simulators to build it so it’s may well be I have made some big errors. Let me know what you think.
